  1. Hi there, yes unfortunately the gearbox needs a complete rebuild then although I had all the cab mounts welded a few years ago it now needs another tone of welding all over including the tipper bed. Also there is issues with the steering and anti roll bar then bushes etc etc the list goes on. What’s strange is on the MOT last year it only had an advisory on a rear tire. [emoji848] it’s not cost affective to fix given it’s so old and I need a reliable truck everyday. She has done me proud though I just sometimes think a bit more space in the cab would be nice!!!!
  2. Iv been looking at newer Cabstars and the price is so much higher than that of a transit of the same age it’s a tough one but I do love the turning circle on my old Cabstar.
  3. Hi all, sadly my 04 Cabstar has reached its shelf time and I’m looking for a new Arb truck any thoughts on what’s the better option these days? I was thinking a later Cabstar or possibly a transit Iv done my years over different firms working from transits but the Cabstar pulls like a train in comparison.
  4. Husqvarna 61 had it 18 years and she’s still going strong so many saws have come and gone since. Great saw!!
  5. I have a few friends that have had similar issues with there’s. Not sure about the echo maybe I’ll get one on trial.
  6. A six month old 201tc that has been back twice already for various different issues. It seems ever day it has a different problem, not to mention the lack of being able to actually tune it without it going back to the dealership. Such a pain unfortunately my 200t finally hung it’s boots up.
  7. Can anybody tell me when they will develop a new climbing saw that actually works?? Bring back the 200t please!
