Maybe, the thing is how manufacturers of chainsaw PPE do we have here in the UK that are only going to make PPE for the UK market? Most companies that make PPE are going to make the spec fit the biggest market, that isn't going to be us, ever.

Hi, i'm currently looking for some part time or ad hoc work in the Gatwick area (East Grinstead/Crawley), I have 2 years experience in the industry, mostly as a groundie but some climbing experience as well. CS 30/31/38/39 qualifications and first aid trained, full clean driving license ( i can drive with a trailer), I also have experience with chippers and stump grinders. Hi all, i've been working as a subbie for most of this year and have managed to save enough to buy enough kit to start doing jobs on my own, now trying to be a responsible person my mind has turned to insurance, for me, my kit and of course third party liability.
