  3. Nice one bumble, doubt I'll ever drop anything over a ton on a 6 ton shackle so it's a no brainier really. Bit sorry I even asked! The heat build up would be something to avoid, thanks bumble. Surely loads of people on here have dropped a ton on a steel krab. I've seen it
  4. I'd say if I'm not shock loading it then it'll be fine and insurance would cover it
  5. I like to do it cheap. I should buy new pants before I buy a pulley!
  6. Why would it fail, unless I cut it to big. That would be me failing
  7. Surely this will save me buying a big expensive pulley or silly priced x-ring thingy? Would last longer no doubt.
