  2. Hi, Im 21 years old, Been employed for roughly 6 years 2 of i was an apprentice, have got all my tickets climbing, rigging etc do climbing, okay im not the quickest can do reductions dismantling. I seem to be on a team leader role managing team/subbies and managing how the jobs go making sure they are completed to time scale set and to a standard that i feel is to best we can do. Make sure van is loaded in mornings and unloaded and tools locked up seem to be the one that does maintenance. Can do everything on the ground that's asked like rigging etc thinking of what the climber needs before he asks. my question is how much should someone with the amount of experience ive got and responsibilities ive got be on roughly an hour? thanks
