Hi all, I'm off to check out at Vermeer 625I 6'' chipper and was wondering if any of you have previously owned one and what I should be looking to check out when I have look. It will be my first chipper and though i've plently of experience with chippers in general I don't have any with Vermeers but gather they are really well made. This one is a 2000 model I believe and has 1240 hrs on it. Any help very much appreciated. Cheers, Thomas

I'm a fairly new but energetic climber looking for work in/around Southampton. Have CS30,CS31,CS38,CS39, and my own PPE. Have full clean driving licence, own transport and B+E. Also will have first aid at work from 14th Nov. Happy to work self employed. Would like 3-4 days a week but happy to spread that out between different companies. Thinking of coming along but looked at the website. It says: "For health and safety reasons all visitors must be in possession of a catalogue, which contains the health and safety instructions" I don't and of course can get one on the gate but is there particular PPE that has to be worn or something? Thanks!
