  1. Hi have a position available for a groundworker / trainee (if you want to develop skill set). Self employed but usually book up few months at a time.

I could make do with a laborer but would rather get another person moving in the right direction in trees. So would be a good opportunity for someone new into industry to work with variety of people who are very experienced both at the work and developing tree surgeons.

    Pay from £70 per day.

The position is working directly with owner operator. Day rate depending on experience and qualifications but ideally in the £70-£110 mark. A bonus for production is also paid.

Excellent opportunity for someone looking to get experience and skills in tree surgery. But more than happy to work with someone who can help out with climbing etc.

  4. Hi done around 25 hours with the new ST8 and must say its highly impressive so far!

Blade life is good, it doesn't wrap stuff around the rotor (yet). Its also surprisingly quiet!

But by far the best bit is when its going dark and the lights on the buttons really show up nicely. Which I may add I've grown to like using.

Got a few things discussing with forst before i'll comment on here

If anyone has had one longer and encountered anything I should look out for please let me know.

  5. Hi it turns out the thread was closed as I should of put them on Arbtrader. Well techno miracles do occur so I think they're there now!

Sorry to the many people who looked but to no avail my mistake.

Also If anyone is thinking of using Nissan Cabstars and has any questions. By all means contact me and ask away. I've had 7 of the newer type ones and converted them all, even into stump grinding vehicles.
