[/ame]Made a tree swing with some colleagues here in the UK sure a lot of fun for the first time.
i would definately advise it to anyone to try it sometime!

Fantastic, I know how much work that must of saved.
Looks like the crane was out of reach on the last 1, did he have to swing you onto it or did a Groundie pull you in with your rope 😀
Surething it would've been horrible rigging them em and getting them trough the garden
No the crane was out of reach, had a little dicussion with the operator beforehand so he knew what was going to happen.

[/ame]Had a nice crane operation going on a couple of weeks back, just cranelifted them out of the backyard en used them as timber.
Attach the chain en cut them up pretty much.
Hope you enjoy,
Pascal

Hello my name is pascal
I am a 19 year old student from the Netherlands who will be working an internship as an arborist in fair oak close to eastleigh.
But i have a hard time finding a room in eastleigh since i will arrive and want to move in right away.
The time of my stay will be from the 20th of february untill the 10th of april.
So my question to arbtalk is: does anyone in the neighbourhood of eastleigh have a spare room where i can stay during this period(paid ofcourse)
Hopefully someone can help me.
With kind regards,
Pascal Oosterik

Nice 1, better than it going into a chipper, well strate away anyway.
How'd you persuade the trees owner to let it go like that and probably put job off till December or did it just work out convenient like that
True that looks really nice in the square instead of a pile of chips.
It worked out really convenient!

Hey lads,
Had to take down a couple of alders that grew onto a pipeline
Realised how snappy alders are and how you cannot send them in any other direction except where they are growing towards
