Try wearing latex gloves underneath your normal gloves. I used to do it for mtb racing on the cold days. Works pretty well. Hope this helps

I did pretty much the same thing. I worked in Christchurch for ATS. The key is just to be upfront and honest about your abilities, experience and time off. It came straight back to me when i got into it, and because i hadn't talked myself up, there was no problem. hope this helps cheers M
