Don't worry after taking the picture it did accidentally get squashed and no it was in my back garden i live just on the Leicestershire / Nottinghamshire border and It wasn't very big really bit over the size of a 50 p , just didn't look English to me

Can any tell me what spider this is or if it's in anyway a nasty one found it on some wood in my garden and might just be me but looks abit more than the average garden spider , cheers

Hi some one asked me to get them some timber and split it for firewood for their log burner they were getting put in now their not so I have for sale the logs don't use them my self and are taking up space, mostly horse chestnut bit of ash and oak carnt deliver unless very near but can help load them up when they are picked up , they all read around 25 % or lower on the moister meter the ton sack is well packed and their is 3 rows stacked well next too it looking for £130 thanks .

Hi new to arbtalk and saw this topic and thought I would join in so this is my toy had it 3 and abit years now bought it as a standard van back more of a challenge truck really but use full for getting though woodlands and winch down hung up trees

Hi and thanks I haven't had a look at that but have since downloaded the arbtalk knot app which is very useful and yer I had the end of my rope out the way while tying the friction hitch thanks for the answer tho much appreciated and nice to no it is ok

Hi not been climbing long but decide I wanted to give the hitch climber system ago tried it with a v.t and liked it but some one recommended the Knut to me was wondering if this was tied rite with the pulley ,sorry if this is abit same old newbie question but with not many people to ask it's nice to check on here , cheers
