It depends on how much you initially invest in the business ie advertising equipment etc I managed to get full time within three months but that is probably reflected in the amount I invested. One thing I will say is to begin with you have to work like a blue ass fly

Have you thought about a mycorrhizal innoculate. It may stand a better chance if you innoculate the soil you are growing the species in with mycorrhizae that are native to that species, that may be the same story when it comes to saprophytic fungus which live within the cell walls of the tree and protect it from disease . Just a thought. I may be over thinking the situation😀

You could get a nice iveco daily or even another tranny for that. You probably won't find much the good side of 100000 miles but most tipper engines are bullet proof these days. If you're not fussy about size you get a nice Nissan cab star too
