Job description as follows: Job Title: Manager Reporting to: Managing Director Location: Company Yards/Clients Premises Main Purpose of the Role Manage the garden section; quoting, job scheduling, allocation of staff and maintaining quality of work. Assist on the gardening side with quotes and supervision of staff. Personal development is encouraged with training given, along with opportunities for promotion. You must have access to your own transport, due to the location of our yards (no public transport links etc.). The main yard is based just outside of Romford along with another near Ongar. A full permanent contract will be given with 3 months probation including all normal privileges such as 28 days paid holiday per year etc. You will also need to pass a 3 day First Aid Course and CSCS as a minimum within an agreed timescale (unless already held) at your own cost. Courses can be paid for by the business, however you will need to sign an additional contract for each course booked for you to pay back an agreed amount monthly. Time spent at college will be un-paid. Wages will be paid monthly in to your bank account, along with a payslip given with all deductions etc. made. Competitive rates paid, based on your experience.
