<p>I can understand if you are busy, but it don't take long to explain what the delay is.</p>

<p>It has been a long time now since I transferred you the money.</p>

<p>Unfortunately the last time I was frequently ignored it turned out to be a scam.</p>

<p>The guy had loads of reasons why it wasn't delivered.</p>

<p>If this is a scam at least let me know so I can get a chain vice from elsewhere.</p>
