Epic video - looks like one of those Japanese Temples & tree was hollow inside so they decided it needed to be felled.

No problems here I think it's fine (fingers crossed )

Try your local HACKSPACE.

Superbly executed job and video by the way -like the chogs on the ground for a cushion - how many days did you need to get all this done & cleared up with all the timber loaded and everything tidied up?

Or maybe 3 or 4 Indian labourers could dismantle a big ship - in a 100 years ...

Thanks for all the replies & link to SPA card website. I'm thinking some of garage forecourt should be blocked off or better still the whole garage & the pumps shut down for duration of work.
Garage knows about & wants the job doing according to client.
Waiting to hear back from client who says he will talk to the garage.

Hello all had a quick search could not find anything on this subject :-
I'm thinking about quoting a job to climb dismantle & fell a row of large at least 15 meters leylandii on the boundary between a private house and a garage forecourt. It will be difficult if not impossible and would double time on the job if we had to drop everything on one side into the clients (tiny) front garden.
Has anyone got experience of what insurance and risk assessment requirements there are and what is required from both our side and the garages side?
Potential liabilities and consequences in case of something going wrong could be massive ...

Hello all, can anyone tell me if it is required to get an application & permission for tree works for epicormic shoot removal on 2 otherwise (apart from the epicormic growth) bare stemmed Limes to 6 meters high (both trees have been crown raised in the past.)?
The 2 trees are both in a Coservation Area and TPO'ed.

Specialist tee surgeon insurance eg trust insurance, Arborisk, or else NFU. Don't bother with gocompare etc they are a scam

He has good eBay feedback too ... Scary

I do wonder why people fall for these scams. Why transfer all that money to someone on the promise it'll be shipped or deposit on something you've never seen that happens to be in Outer Mongolia.
Or am I missing something?
That's how eBay works!
Unless you do cash on collection

*whole video
* hoisting by pulley
Damn autocorrect

Look like a very awkward and risky job done really well.
The no knot rigging is shown from about 5:00 minutes for those who don't have time for the who like video.
Reinforcement bracing of the 3 stems also interesting would like to know how he rigged that up.
And the cutting and hoisting by pillory off the roof!
