I'm guessing that the house prices referred to range from about £300.000 to £550.000. The one with the open garage in Steve's original post (pictred below) is midstream at £440.000

This could be part of a leg-pull. The OP has posted this topic twice on another site; both posts on 14th June 2025. He states, in one post, that the tree "is absolutely massive.
