    <p>Hi John</p>

    <p>I still use freelancers but ideally need another full time climber. I became busier throughout last year and then in December it became desperate and overnight had to take on another 5 staff.</p>

    <p>Anyway, I have a guy starting on Wednesday but if he doesn't work out I will get in touch with you.</p>

    <p>BTW, what is your day rate for you with climbing gear and chainsaw?</p>
