1.
How did you get on mate ?

Hi Dave

use the two stage washer under the head [next to the gear box] put head on select washer to centrally locate toothed spline shaft size, [might have to use two washers to space and use blade nut to tighten replace bayonet fit black plastic dome and you should be good to go. Did you get a 4 line version ? load line from large hole end thru to only 1/2" past other side, i would use the Red 4mm techniblade for best results and any nylon line around trees you want to keep and walls, put all lines in water before use to rehydrate them they last longer after this

Hi Les, i wonder if you can help me out? i've just taken delivery of a techni-blade kit but i'm struggling to see how to fit it to my husky 345rx. it's a 12mm drive shaft, but the toothed section of the drive shaft (that engages with the blade clamp when using a blade) is proud of the jet fit head and bigger than 12mm. as a consequence the jet-fit head washer wont seat properly. i'm sure i'm missing something!

kind regards

"tractor and machinery" magazine always has loads in the classifieds. You've missed the Tractor World auction at Malvern this year (1st week in March) Here's the link to the results page which will give you an idea of how much money things went for. the tractors are near the end. http://www.hjpugh.com/tractorsales/020313results.pdf I bought a 1958 MF65 there 4 years ago for £1950 it ran faultlessly and i sold it last year for £2250. If you pick up a tidyish one (not concours) it can be a reasonable investment as well as useful tool.
