  1. Been on my mk 3 since Christmas and it's still going strong 👍
  2. We had a pull line on the main stem at the end but the whole tree had a bit of a back lean on over a road and a house the other side. The side limb we craned off was growing through smaller trees below, so that was the main reason for the crane to lift the branches out and over the top. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  3. Nah, there was to much weight on the side limb would have snapped of the hinge and gone sideways for sure Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  4. Yeh we use two crane drivers there both good and safe with us. We could have rigged it down but with the extra time it would have taken, it would have worked out cheaper and easier with the crane. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  5. Yeh depends on the tree, on this tree it was easier & quicker for someone on the hook to set the strops/chains Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  6. Removed this large pine as it was next to a busy road in a field which a number of other trees had fallen in the storms Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  7. I used a photo every 30 sec and 11 mega pixels and seem to do the job although I did have about 600 photos to sort through Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

  17. Ha, well I didn't know but I do know. Normally use spikes if I'm chogging down but that's about it. We all ready had the crane for lifting another fallen tree at the same place, lifting it out in 3 sections was a lot quicker than slab ing it all down. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

  20. Yeh were getting a digger in to get the stumps out, it's pretty big gotta do some work up in the wooded area above the road as well Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
