  1. Maybe worth using pellets ? 6inch isn't something everyone would do.....
  2. CPL buys 60% of their wood from abroad . SME's will keep local customers I reckon as wood is seasonal business and its impossible to be national and offer low cost efficient delivery price. There will always be a local farmer who can beat the price.
  3. Never thought of using a watermark ? Nearly every image editor has this option
  4. Thanks for your advices guys, its just that I looked at penalties for non-license sales and thought that its going to be a bad idea to wait for a knock on your door
  5. b101uk I looked into it earlier..... I suppose delivering doesn't fit with trading on foot So I suppose you don't need one then. In such case no license is required to sell firewood on delivery or collection terms right?
  6. Hi all ! I've been trying to understand legislation here about selling firewood through delivery and collection. For instance I will deliver a load of wood to a customer which he purchased in advance and he pays either by bank debit or cash on delivery - no license needed right? But if somebody else comes off the street and there is an extra spare load in the van, and he decides to buy it and also pay in cash then I need peddlers license for that right? As this counts as a streets sales activity If somebody pops in to the Warehouse and decides to buy off and collect himself - do you need any sort of license for such sales activity?
