I found cutting out the heavy alcohol made a huge difference, now I rarely drink at all at the weekends, anything over 2/3 pints and it starts kicking off again.

I hold Cs30 Cs31 Cs38 Cs39, clean licence, First aid, CSCS, Mewp, Chipper, and a PTS. Will be coming in with all my own ground saws, climbing saws,climbing and rigging gear, PPE and a defender 90 at your disposal. Hi guys, I'm an 18 year old climber looking to go to either Australia or NZ for a year climbing, I'm not a newbie to climbing, but I'm still learning, and I don't feel that getting giving the opertunities in this country to improve myself, does anybody know of who I could contact to look into work out there?
