I'm currently in living oxford looking for any LOLER inspectors in the area, any guidance?   8. Looking for ways to manage a company on a computer instead of boring old excel which takes an age and a lot of computer wizardry that i quite frankly don't have!! Are there any programme's available that you can input customer details, tpo's, equipment inspection etc etc, Any methods that you think work already, or pointers in the right direction will be much apprectiated

I realize that this thread may seem somewhat of a noddy question to many on here, but before i go on, here's a bit about me, i'm just finishing a 12 year career in the royal air force and want to enter the Arboricultural industry, I have just finished an online diploma which i am looking to further and am gaining hands on experience with tree surgeons, Question being - to those self employed, i'm researching the values and attributes that as an employer, and dealing with customers, you feel are important and why, Any guidance is most grateful
