Hi all,
Im needing to earn some extra, as mon-fri not really cutting it, no pun.
I have NPTC PA06A/W which to date i think ive only used to treat stumps,
Any options worth looking into using this ticket? Could be perfect as i dont have trucks etc, just me a-b focus ;-)
Appreciate your thought

Hi all,
Lookin to replace my much loved gladiator 2's,
I feel the heat, and start getting frustrated about 20 degrees, so the ventilations are apealing, but i read that they dont have the protective coating on them that the galds do,
Was wondering if anyone had a opinion,
Cheers

Hi all,
We are getting desperate for a site to tip off, all our current ones are either full or full of water, we work mainly around:
Maldon, witham, heybridge, burnham on crouch, chelmsford, all the surrounding areas..
We usually have a fair bit to get rid of, 7.5tonne truck worth.
Any sites with ideally hard standing would be greatly appreciated, or even if you know someone who does want chip.
Please pm me the details

Hi all,
Was wondering if anyone is still cutting HV stuff for national grid.
We used to cut for fountains before it all went quiet, and i know theres not many in house staff. Or has everyone given up after their new policies?

The prank itself is done well, but i think it goes a bit far, being in america it could have gone wrong very easily.....

Has anyone ever tried these electronic boot dryers?
Husqvarna makes these
Husqvarna Boot Dryer https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B009X7T296/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_WJPoub1FGWTT6
As I don't have a open fire to damage them by lol or a warm cupboard, was hoping something like these May do the job,
Any thoughts?

Hi all,
I use the sip jacket and trousers, the flexorhane ones... Were fine for about a year or so, last week got wet through within a hour, and they say they don't need reproofing when I asked,
Think I may go for cut and climb this year, any recommendations on trousers??? Ideally ones that can be pulled over a boot

This got sent to my wife.
I've just spent 20min on the phone explaining to her that our chipper is not in the same league and that our working practices are less 'gun ho' than those 'Stateside'

Removed a couple of Scott's pines for a old guy, after we was done he asked "could you just clear the area between my fence and shed? I like to store stuff down there, everyone needs a glory hole don't they"
Poor fella had no idea, but gave us a great laugh, and we now still refer to all small gaps as glory holes

Hi,
To be honest, the ponds not really suited for koi if you want them to thrive as koi would, as carp they are most likely rooting around the bottom, grazing on natural food and busy destroying any plants you have, in a pond with very cloudy water koi become nervous and will therefore be seen less in a pond, has the pond got a strong water flow? This is needed to keep koi from gettin fat, with all the high protein food they are usually given.
They can be helped by safety in numbers, even by other fish such as goldfish, but if you want to keep koi specifically... Keep them on their own.
Koi are typically kept in plain boring square ponds with crystal clear water, often over filtered, rain water wouldn't be used as it can be dirty and acidic and contain anything from herbicides from local crop spraying etc. by forcing koi to live in clear water they will become more tame to the point you can easily hand feed. Also note that koi take time to become tame anyway, I used to import and run a Japanese koi shop, and my baby koi about 3" we're very tame but only because they saw so many people. So spending time is defiantly a factor, so maybe try large floating food such as bread to try get them I spend more time on the surface, but not too much as it's not too good for them,
Another thing that comes to mind is If fish had a scare such as a local heron they can go into hiding for a while...
Hope this helps, if you would like to know more, let me know, will help if I can

Hi all,
I have been set the task of building a website for the firm, to include the usual...
about us, galleries, testamonials, F&Q pages etc...
now im a little confused, do i just buy a domain name from a site such as "fasthosts" and then use it on a different hosting site to build it myself??
or do you guys have a favoured webhosting company?
I dont know where to start, any advice for a first timer would be greatly appreciated :-)
thank you

Last Christmas Eve this happened... The lads and I was called out to deal with this bugger just as we were getting ready to go down pub for a end of year pint, the family had lost both their cars, and in 12 hours a family gathering of over 20 people were going to show from all over the Uk for a Xmas get together, we shifted the whole tree which was blocking their front door and almost pushing their windows in.... Basically Savin their Xmas... Now I'm not one to expect a cash tip, but in this instance when I should have been home with my family.... Receiving a drawing of myself done crudely in crayons by the toddler daughter was not what I expected..... Lol
