  1. Hoping you can help. I have a hayter harrier 48 pro and the chain keeps falling off.  How do I drop the solid roller down to replace the chain.  Or could it be another problem

      I would guess the chain is worn allowing it ti ride the teeth and fall off. You need to drop the roller out to get the chain cover off and replace the chain with new. Not easy to explain how, but quite straightforward to do.
