Just read one of the posts about how to get a short piece of wood out of the knife area :-) , and I realised that although this doesn't happen very often we do have an easy solution for that: All Haecksler wood chippers are equipped with a special drum-key for turning the drum counter-clockwise without having to open up anything. By turning the piece of wood or branch comes back into the feeding chute and you can start up again We have been testing our new modell with all possible branches and other material. Although this is our 'biggest' compact wood chipper sofar, it's as always designed for fast chipping at the tree site. Have a look if you'd like to, I . Joost- at Haecksler
