  15. hi all many thanks for all your responses. i cant believe i didn't look at the plan on line before, well they have been granted permission but with condition the main one is: No development shall be commenced until a specification for the sub-surface foundation design of the building has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. it shall demonstrate that harm to the root zones of adjacent trees is minimised or avoided. thereafter the foundations shall only be constructed in accordance with the approved specification. well the tree is a mature oak about , with die back 12m tall, dbh 5m. the building will be pad foundation style and one of the pads is 2m away from trunk 18in deep about 1ft by 1ft. i know the trees rpa but the land has always been used for storage with stone down. all other sides are field for cattle . And her is a link i hope to the application 11/15775/FUL | Building to store farming implements and machinery | Northwood Weston Jones Lane Weston Jones Newport Staffordshire TF10 8ED
