  1. I will second that, a 1x37 is a far better animal!!
  2. We had one of these. They are a great little tool but 8" is about the max diameter to be honest to work at max speed. On 6-8" you would do 20-30 cube a day if the wood is straight etc. The machine is very well made, tows well and overall I would say worth buying. I have a spare set of new belts and some new bars and chains if you get one and are interested.
  3. OK instead of the PM's looking for £35 per bag collected, might be able to sort local haulage at cost also.
  4. Sorry mate, went to the first non dreamer that saw it....believe me there is a lot of people with big ideas out there. Might be able to source one for you though?
  5. Another opportunity presented itself so need the space!
  6. Due to storage issues we have 20 x 1m'3 of split softwood in bags that we could do with shifting asap. These need to be collected but we can load them at our end. Located near Wensley, North Yorkshire. Please PM offers if genuinely interested, cheers. If someone local is interested we have a nice reliable customer base available that could be built on year on year.
  7. We just sold one. They are a very good little machine and quick. 10" is the MAX but upto 8" is better to be honest...
  8. We sell seasoned larch at £60 a cube all winter long, depends how you operate really..... If you want to ring him and give him your opinion feel free, don't try to shoot the messenger though eh!
  9. If anyone needs any stock I know a guy who has approx 40 m/3 of larch and spruce mix processed into cubic metre bags, so 40 in total. He offered them to us but we have enough stock so if anyone is interested just pm me and I will pass you his details over, think they may be on eBay soon. I think he was after £45 per bag (ono) if someone takes the lot, the bags have holes in them for the air to circulate as well. AJR
  10. Gray Vipond is your man, do you want his phone no?
  11. We have one on Arbtrader - Hakki Pilke 2xs + Carry....
  12. They were used a good few times and lasted really well, try animal feed mills etc they usually seem to have some that are free or nearly to a good home,
  13. Size of a £2 coin, 24 per side and 16 in bottom....
