  1. Going to begin asking around local tree surgeons to see if any have any work available, would anybody be able to give any advice on how to go about it? I do have my own chainsaws, full PPE and the use of a vehicle, doing my CS-30 / 31 next in a fortnight and plan on getting more tickets like chipper, trailer ect until i get a job, hopefully increasing my chances with each certificate, is this a good idea or am I just throwing money away when i could do the courses later on for less? another question is about the application, is a full CV a bit of a put off for a busy tree surgeon and would rather have a shorted to the point application? or would a very clear bullet pointed CV work just as well? any advice would be appretiated, thanks!!!

  3. Hi all, first problem! How do you set up your profile so that with each post you make, your personal quote appears under your post? thanks a lot!
  4. This site was recomended to me by Blazer as I plan to start working in and studying Arboriculture now that I have completed college! I have been doing tree/parkland work for many years since a small child with my dad (Blazer) therefor it is all second nature to me! I hope to start of by doing some groundy work, whilst studying the level 6 diploma arb course (which i have heard is hard so if anyone should advice me otherwise please do!!) If anybody is, or knows of someone looking for a groundy who has experience, Full PPE, chainsaws, equipment and use of a small Jeep then look no further!! either way i have heard this is a great place for advice and help on arb subjects and im looking forward to meeting you all!
