So, does ANYONE know what the holder between the 2 reservoirs opposite the holder for file/wrench/driver is for? The moulding is quite specific, have tried all sorts, including quick fill spouts, but nothing quite lines up right. So, what's it for???

Probably for a lot, or even most people. I use the existing dogs as a pivoting point to swing the bar up and over, I'd just like to see for myself if they help on the way back over the trunk.
