  1. Stoner, your bang on the money there. I have risen my prices this year (only my second year of doing firewood) and havent lost a single customer because of it and have had plenty of new customers too. I know more or less what it works out for me to produce a load and if I had kept the price as last years it wouldnt of been worth doing this year to be honest. 3 local chaps to me haven't increased their prices for 3yrs now in fear of loosing customers, more fool them I say. If there production costs are similar to mine they are only covering costs etc
  2. Anyone else having issues with being constantly logged out of Arbtalk? My previous account (farmer_ben) had become so I actually couldnt log in at all, despite steve saying all was cool his end. Created this new account and now after every message I post I'm logged straight out again, despite clinking remember me etc ( dont think this helps this situation anyway)! Any help would be great, oh and this happens on various machines not just my laptop
  3. IF so, how do you get on with it? Much success? I know one lad who does and gets on suprisingly well. But just on a brief observation, I think 95% of people selling firewood on ebay come across as right Pikies, well their adverts do anyway. Not much thought gone into most, decieving prices/sizes of loads.... Wont post any links of here, but would be interested to see what others think
