i was using a car as an example i.e the guy that runs the saw and does the damage is surely liable as they are the one that actually did the damage
-
Rubbish.
The contractor will be fined, not his employee's.
I was always led to beliv it was the guy on the saw that gets the fine. Like when someone crashes a car they dont own its the driver not the cars owner that gets fined!
I personally reckon though you'd both get in trouble!

does anyone here take card payments for logs?
if so roughly what % of your sales are card sales? are these card sales mainly from your own website or via web advertising i.e. gumtree, ebay, google ads etc.
I have a website for my landscaping and i set up an online shop selling my wood, I have had it going 10 months and sold 1 load on the net That could be cos its not really advertised. I take paypal payments for the wood.

its no good for the animals if its too fine as it can cause breathing problems fro them as it can for us. Some garages will use it as a basic spill kit!

From Sawdust To Bricks: They burn like wood and take up less space

The handle was broken around the srew hole on the bottom of the saw so a longer screw with a bigger head no olds the handle in place fine so its going great and the repairs didnt cost a penny!! Hello, This is my first post on this great looking forum.
I have got my hands on a Stihl 009 saw. I know this is an old one as its completly orange, It still has the original bar on it and it runs great. I have put a new chain on it and was really surprised with how well it performs.
I have a couple items i am after for it and i was hopeing someone might manage to help me.
I am looking for the chain tensioner and a front handle as the one on the saw is broken.
I am based in Ballater Aberdeenshire.
Many thanks for looking.
