    We are currently drawing up new contracts for our guys, we will need to spend quite a lot on training them and considering doing a loyalty for money scheme, If we pay for the course, then if they leave immediately after they are qualified they pay the full costs, if they leave within 12 months they pay 50%, if they leave after 2 years they pay nothing, what do you think ? does anybody else do anything like this ?

    G'day all New lad on trial yesterday, he has been doingg pretty well up until he left an 046 under the tree and the climber dropped a large branch on it, saw cattle trucked, would you make him pay / the climber a share.. ? does anyone have a broken 046 with a good back handle / carb / sidecase they would like to sell me / in surrey ? My inclination is to have him pay half the repair or replacement cost.. Dave

    Hi all , has anybody had any experience of grinding Palm stumps, I have a mate who lives down in Andalucia, south of cadiz. Just been out there with him, there are loads of palm stumps around in streets and generally everywhere as lots are being lost due to a disease, therefore potentially lots of stumpgrinding work... we were wondering what they grind like, would the fibres clog up a grinder / could it be done with a small pedestrian 13hp machine or would something larger be necessary.. ? Any thoughts on this appreciated..

    try treespanner, he has had one off me before in reigate, nice bloke. google him, based edenbridge direction i think... good to put it to good use..
