hello yes thats me! well i bought a new clutch from a 242 or something and used the original inner as the thread is different on the new ones since that is a an early 262. the outer clutch weights are new...not cheap with a new clutch spring. The clutch drum is a 357 one with a washer as a spacer. It all works fine using easier to source parts. I was told that the original 262 drums had a problem with shearing off...exactly my problem and these new parts seem to have solved it. The saw was a spud rebuild with new pot and piston so its good, just not as reliable to use 8 hrs a day like i do, Love my new 560xp... Hope it works well for you. Main reason for selling it was vibration, was really affecting my hands, all gone with the new saw.
Cheers Rich
