  3. Hi, Got a job on three trees where a couple of telephone lines are impeding the work required to reduce the trees. Anyone got any ideas on what I can do with the lines? Spoke to Openreach and they say I most likely need a survey as well as the charge to take down the line then replace which seem really expensive. Any thoughts or suggestions would be most appreciated.

Totally agree with these comments after having had working with me young British lads over last months and being totally unimpressed with there willing to work and learn i have now gone back to working with blokes my own age 44yrs and what a difference!! all i can say is 1965 was a great year!!
  6. Hi there, Silverdale garden serv has had tons of climbers passed through its ranks but nobody has stayed long myself included. Reputable outfits around sheffield would be Broomhill tree services, Galoway, Andersons none are big probably Andersons is the biggest i have worked for the first two and they were good im sure there are a few more too, goodluck

Hi olabola, yeh i worked for lyngby taarbaek council in copenhagen first as a tree officer for few months on contract did them loads of surveys etc then when that had finished a put in a tender for tree contracts in the borough too, it was good and the money was ok too, they even sorted out Pub liability insurance for me great folk. I also worked for another outfit too went through there yellow pages and rang around and got some work with another outfit but for the life of me cant remember there name now, best bet get DK yellow pages and call them us Brits have a good name over there when it comes to Arb, good luck!!

Hi there, think Irelands days of glory are over bud worked there for 8 years and as far as i can see its tight these days, then tried Spain, Mallorca to be exact advertised in couple of expat papers ie mallorca bulletin and yeh did pretty good and rates were good too made 3 or 400 euros a day but maybe spain tight too, high unemployment now. Then worked in Denmark subbing to council in copenhagen and also good rates and experiences, Paul
