Thanks david the dig you have is the correct one , part 15 is seized into the roller one being steel the other cast am going to remove with oxy and replace with modified version without bearing. spoke to Graham in workshop at orange plant great help, new motor just under £700 2 weeks wait !! many thanks Guys wrw

I have aa early pto 300 chipper and cannot remove the bottom roller, i have removed motor, and support bearing on other side but am stuck at removing the shaft the bearing was on , i assume this has to be removed as i can see no other way of lifting out the roller

I think it is a fairly early model, there is no plastic bush , i have removed the support bearing but cannot seem to get any joy with shaft with grease nipple in coming out of the roller

We have badly worn bottom feed roller have removed motor but are unable to remove roller from housing due to bearing shaft on other end, how do we remove this shaft ? the roller cannot be lifted out with this on best regards wrw
