Wish my german was a little better - did you see this on that site?
It's gonna be the next big thing at the comps...
Haha. Just translated it and it reads "A rebuilt and upgraded wheels with air 240 l waste bin is an essential component of tree care equipment. If it stands, it's even rainproof.
Only she can not fly. "

Really want a pair of these, hopefully getting them next week free of charge (Thankyou Easton College) Im usually a 10 in my trainers and such, so what do you current users think i should go for size wise? Ive heard they come out a bit big. cheers!

Ditto what he said.
I used to use the machine when it got proper minging. But now if it really needs a wash, I just fill the bath about 6" deep with luke warm water, and milk the rope from one end to the next a few times, no need for washing detergent or anything, you will be suprised how dirty the water is when you are done!
Then just leave it to dry properly, dont skimp out on this bit, make sure its bone dry before it goes back in the bag cos it will absolutely reek if not. hope this helps

Quality vids mate !

Dont worry, we melted it down with shandy bass after:001_tongue:
I think one of my mates did take a pic, will go on the hunt!
-
We have had about 4-5 inches here, bored of it now, its also the sugary poofter snow. Did make a ca-racking snow penis on the roof my mates car though.

No worries, only sitting gathering dust at the mo, obviously i would have posted lol!
Good luck with it bud!

looks like a bachman knot, mountaineering. they use it as is easy to untie when the ropes get icey
I think.

Not interested then paul?

What do you think of the audio set mat, is it any good?
Hmm, well its good if you arent very busy, but I think the book is much better. Reading the words yourself penetrates alot harder than listening to a droning isa robotron.
Bit like being at school if you get me? I wouldnt say its essential, but good if you have a headache or something, and for me , reading makes my head worse when i have a headache.
All good stuff though:thumbup1:

Well all the Plattons were accounted for on the ground during the work climb...

must be from 'the high stump co.' a
High stump or not. He is a great faller.
For all we know each of those stumps could be laden with metal-work.
-
He made his first appearance at the cutters&climbers comp 09.
Tad lame in my eyes.
-
Always!
Total R&R.
Nice hurtling down the rapids with snow falling!
Good stuff.
Haha the first and last time I went there for a break it was doing the same thing, go in that deep freeze pool thingy?

Spent New Year at Elveden Centre Parcs (Thetford Forest).
I've been loads of times, to all the CP's in the country (after thinking it would be crap!).
Loads of trees, obviously, many in very close proximity to structures.
Has anyone done much work in any of the Centre Parcs sites, and do they do their tree management etc. in-house or externally?
No angle here (they are all a long way from Kent!). Just interested.
Used to work at Elveden CP, not as an arb. I would imagine that they have thier own team? or send people over from Elveden/Lynford Arborteum/F.Commison people.Only just started arb when I worked there, noticed lots of stumps and such, bits of pruning in the plaza etc, so they definetely have something going on. Have a good time mate?

Yeah looks like a good range.
