I stuck at it for 3 weeks in the summer and lost over 1st 3lb . Fast I know although I was having 3 belgian choc shakes a day and a meal of veg and meat with no carbs in the evening . I couldnt hack it any longer . Since then Ive gained it back lol . Starting again a tad less hardcore tomorrow am . Porridge / shake / tuna salad / shake / meat veg n loads of water . Also cardio and weights only deads and squats with some cleans chucked in .Am getting old ya know lol . Whats your plan ?
