  1. Dont you ever give up or get bored of writing the same thing over and over?

Well the things he's commenting on keep happening over and over!

    :001_rolleyes:

If this was 1939 we'd be absolutely shafted. The "whole might and fury of the enemy" is about to be unleashed and you complain of the voices that are the radar.

  2. Wake up Duncan, around 23% of British muslims want Sharia Law implemented in the UK (ICM poll conducted in 2016 for Trevor Philips, former Head of Equality Commission under New Labour for his Ch4 documentary on British muslim attitudes).

That means over 600,000 British muslims want to see Sharia Law replace British Common Law. That's a substantial lobbying/pressure group which is slowly making inroads into seeing their vision for the UK come to fruition.

Don't be complacent, our culture and way of life can disappear in a few generations if we don't defend our values.

Wake up scotspine it's never going to happen here. It's like saying all all Irish Catholics are members of the ira and want a united ireland. I can't believe you believe this nonsense.

Wouldn't make a good detective would you! Blinkers on and staying on.

  3. I hold Yanis Varoufakis in the very highest regard, I don't always, completely, agree with his base position, but by goodness is he clever!

Was watching his interview on Newsnight last night and thought his book would be well worth a read.

Agreed. Met him at Hay Conference last year. Don't agree with his political leaning either. You need to read between the lines with the man; he's not pro EU I can tell you.

  4. Running weak causes more heat to be rejected into the cylinder, it doesn't affect the temperature of the exhaust gas which is maximised at full chat with over 500C at stoichiometric fuel:air ratio.

Not a lot of sense there.

  5. TCD, did you include a cost of ownership in that, or do you reckon it's stopped depreciating and has gone up in value? Interest rates are so low it's hard to assess this cost in the old way.

Purchase price and (depreciation if any) not included.

Not depreciating tho; couldn't go lower than what I paid for it! Been offered considerably more than that since.

  6. Hi 120x30ft building (1/4 of 120x120 building particained off) small outside storage area for ibc crates pallets etc and a big yard round corner (100yds away)where I can get several arctic loads of timber dropped got water and electric in building £100 per calendar month.
