    I am in sussex also, we got our hay out of luck, though per bale it was £3 more expensive than last year! It is very scarce as it didn't grow very long, our supplier who usually gets 100 or so bales out of one of his fields got 20 this year. Also, with the hay being so short, all of the bales fell apart. Hopefully it will be better next year

    I use an alpine magnum also, it was a tad expensive but I got what I paid for it within 3 months!! excellent machine. To the person above- Bad luck!!!!

    It would certainly be worth it if you bought one new, they pay for themselves in no time
