We give them an artic load a week, make sure the driver checks the weight with you before he leaves. some loads have been a few tonne short. when they get to there destination:mad1:

Personally i would go for orange it stands out better in bright sunshine, be careful of your selection of sleeve length most higway work requires full lenth with two reflective bands, great on a summers day!

this is the right thing to do, it does get on your t**s some times when your guys do the three wise monkey trick when things go wrong, missing, broken etc, etc, but you have to lead by example and not over react .Follow guidelines that they are aware of so they know whats coming. and what is expected of them, this way they will respect your actions. if your employees lose respect for you because you blow your top at every problem normal working conditions will start to suffer.

got a 1750 with the same problem, set all the controls 'ready to start' when you switch off the night before, especially the hand throttle , it seems to ease the starting on ours.better to be frozen on than off i suppose!
