What OMT said......Great in the Summer.....weightwise,it's heavier than the Technical but you get used to that in a week or so....had mine a couple of years now.Love it.

I've been dismantling and prunng very happily with this handy little gadget for the last couple of months.I like to think u'm rather good with it.But as i do so much Bicep and tricep work as well as shoulder at the Gym i have never found it so easy but for Smoothness and efficiency the ZigZag through a Pinto beats it hands down.

Not a bit....i'm doing so much weight training right now that i can fly around the Tree on a Prussick..it's quite fun. But i shall return to the ZigZag next week.

Believe it or not i have been climbing on a Prussick for the last couple of months.This was to add some physical difficulty to my climb.I am far stronger now than i used to be and much faster.
