  2. The ladder slipped and my natural instinct was to hold the ladder. That left me holding the saw in one hand which then resulted going into my arm. My fault really as I never asked anyone to foot the ladder.
  3. I will NEVER EVER use a chainsaw on a ladder again!!!!! 15 stitches and a severed vain!!!
  4. I have been an arborist for 18 months now and have been using 13mm yale rope with a split tail and a flipline. But now I think its time for a change any ideas? Our boss is an old skool climber! not that its a bad thing! I've seen this on youtube.... Does anyone use this system or simular? I have been an Arborist for about 3 years now and im starting to do my own work but have not got a clue how much to charge This lady has a conifer hedge around her garden its about 50m needs 4ft off he top and side trimming. But I really dont know a price. Plus prices for other tree work like pruning, reduction, felling etc Can anyone help? I know its hard to give a price without seeing anything but a around about figure for things by size would be great
