To carry out spraying and strimming/brush cutting works for app 6 months and tree maintenance for 6 months. Initially the role is a basic 40 hour per week Monday to Friday but may change to include night shift working patterns and weekends.   11. The Role The purpose of the Operations Manager is to manage all Operations within the Peterborough, East Midlands & Anglia Area. This role will include working alongside other Operations Managers across 3 internal divisions and with the Central Support Functions including, Sales & Marketing, and Finance, HR and Compliance departments. The purpose of this role is to ensure that all parts of the services delivered to our clients are delivered to or above specification meeting the contract requirements and within all local and national legislation. The Operations Manager will have financial responsibility for his / her contracts. Developing budgets, forecasting and delivering services in line with forecast ensuring profitability is integral part of the Operations Manager function. Monthly Management Information and reports will be required by the UK Board for analysis. A close working relationship with Compliance will ensure that frequent audits and Compliance checks are completed and where necessary process revisions are produced. This role also ensures that our Operations are delivered and satisfy the requirements of the AEMG ISO accreditations ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
