I wonder if Lineker would have been suspended if he had tweeted in support of government policy, which would also not be impartial, I very much doubt it.

I guess we will never know. What I do know is that the BBC have made their bed and I'm sure Joe public will try to get them stick to it. No more impartial views from BBC employees or you face the chop.

Personally I find it’s easier to attribute our existence and the existence of this highly complex and (as the video shows), precise universe, to an Almighty creator than to a big bang.

I think the word easier sums it up for a lot of people who believe in God. Easier and a lack of knowledge and I'm not trying to be condescending when i say that but thousands of years ago when religions where created no one knew that each one of us is made up from trillions of atoms, some dating back 14 billion years ago and that the rest where forged in massive stars before the earth was even formed. You and me are billions of years old, parts of us roamed the earth as dinosaurs, trees, bacteria rocks and comets. We will go on living for billions of years into the future. Just because we haven't figured out every last detail doesn't mean that what we have discovered isn't true.

For me that is far more exciting an believable than saying God did it.

Not ridicule per se as for example Dempsey tries to do with that Moonbat shite. What I’ve done is stand my ground from day one in regards the utter futility of masks, restrictions, lockdowns and the unjustified vaccine mandates etc etc I’m all up for  a robust heated aggressive debate, but the last bastion of the wrong is invariably to mock those with a different view. Like I’ve said before and it’s not with the benefit of hindsight try looking back over some of the posts over the past couple of years covering a number of topics from Trump/Biden to Covid etc etc and compare that with where we are now.

There are  some on here who must cringe at what they wrote and tried to justify/defend.

Yeah, ok. How many times have you tried to get me or other members to react to one of your posts with ridicule? A fair few fookin times I would say.

I'm not looking for an argument and I don't mind a bit of a debate but tbh I truly think that you just want someone to rant at. I just can't take you seriously if I'm perfectly honest.

I’d not say it was nothing as such, the total disregard for human life exhibited by politicians and the suffering we see, often sanitised by the video game mentality of watching tanks being picked off or guys having drones drop grenades literally into their laps all recorded and viewed in the main by people who have never ever been in the military is a sad indication of where we are as a society. Combine all this with the last few years lunacy and the constant relentless EU and others drive for centralisation, alignment and digital ID/Currency, the constant attacks on the traditional family unit and the promotion of utter crap woke trans shit, etc etc and it’s not hard to see why people are wondering where it will all end. In the meantime the weapons industry is booming, energy companies are making record profits, tax is at an all time, people are on the bones of their arse financially, food prices are soaring whilst the EU/Dutch government attempts to close farms to save the planet, the list is long if you want to look  🤔

Ok, you got a lot more out of his post than I did.

It started off with "the whole lot of it is just a distraction, a plan "

I was hoping that he would then go on to explain what the plan is, who is in on this plan and what they are trying to distract us all from. It's not like they can distract us from the things that you have mentioned as its quite clear to everyone that they are going on so I presume it must be something else.

i seriously recommend anyone that has a vehicle that's got gear in to fit these alarms, they are so cheap for what you get, and they work

if you are unsure which is best to get for what vehicle you have, ask Mike, whatsapp, text or call.... he is seriously helpful and will recommend exactly what you need for what vehicle it is/ amount of doors etc. his number is; 07768644080

    VANGUARDIAN.CO.UK

VanGuardian is a pre-emptive, early warning, first contact alarm system which attaches to sensitive points on your vehicle.

Does it just sound an alarm or does it also call/text you?

Well, to me the whole lot of it is just a distraction, a plan { soap opera.. real life and death Truman show} displaying absolutely a total disregard for human suffering and the desecration of the biosphere in the scramble for digital domination of everything at any expense...

The whole of todays tech that most everyone totally relies on is based on mathematics that are completely at odds and counter intuitive to all of nature, it will never work out in our favour.

How's it going to end ? I would expect, badly.

Disagree if you likes... I'll stick🙂

I think you said a whole lot of nothing there, apart from that it will end badly, that's already a given.

Ukrainian victory in 2023, holiday in Odessa in 2024 for myself and the Mrs at a good friend’s hopefully rebuilt hotel. Mind you I’ve yet to tell her the plan. Putin will be overthrown or fall out of a window as they tend to a lot in Russia.

    I could live with that.

Ha, it's a classic movie for sure.

Anyone got any thoughts on how it's going to end? I'm guessing either an assassination (Putin being the target) or a long drawn out amounts to nothing destruction of Ukraine.

It looks like neither Putin or Zelensky are going to back down and negotiate a peace deal.

  9. Thats the kind of file you find hiding in the corner at the bottom of the tool box, like a tin of John West tuna in the back of the cupboard.

TBH, the chain in the last pic doesnt look sharp. Grab yourself a new file and spend a good 5-10 minutes sharpening the chains up and dropping the rakers a bit.

Some state schools have shite teachers mate.

It’s not all about your natural intelligence.

I was lucky, my state school had good ones.

Some private schools clearly have poor teachers as well.

A few of my posho mates were undiagnosed dyslexics pretty much until they left.

A posho mate down here is currently spending £80k/year on posho education for his kids.

He can well afford it, and they’re nice kids, coming along grand.

Very polite, maybe a bit precocious, but in a nice way?

It’s all about the connections, apparently.

I just think if you’ve got that kind of dollar your kids aren’t exactly going to fail in life, are they?

FWIW I very much doubt the RAF discriminate in any way on pilots jobs.

Best man (or woman) for the job, simple.

Ridiculous combination of brains, reflexes, vision, hand-eye coordination, mental strength, physical ability to withstand G’s, language skills etc.

They will just take the best.

    They have to.

I applied and failed because my knob was too big to fit in the cockpit of a Eurofighter.

    THAT’S positive discrimination Stubby!

I'm sorry to hear that you missed your calling mate. I'm sure it had everything to do with your massive appendage and nothing to do with asking squadron leader Cecil where do you put the empty stella cans. :)

2 is just discrimination against the other people who did not get the job coz of the color of their skin .  Nothing positive about it .

Ha, good grief. Of course it's discrimination against the others but it's a positive outcome for the person who got the job, hence the word 'positive'

    It has its place.

Should Oxbridge select it’s students purely on exam results, in which case public school kids would take the huge majority of places based on the parents ability to pay for private education?

Or should the children, equally as gifted, but who went to state schools, be denied top university places because of understandably less impressive numbers?

That doesn't make any sense though. If the state school kids were equally gifted then Shirley they will have achieved the same exam results?

    Or am I missing something?
