  1. Well I have a similar agreement with the farmer who has a yard next to me. For £390 per quarter I get log storage, a small part of the barn for chopping and storing my cut logs, a spot for chippings and a burn spot. Burn spot is limited and I try and have a fire only once a month. I may well be paying over the odds but it is very convenient for me (nextdoor) and he tends to leave me alone, I can park machineary there but I don't want anything nicked so I don't.
  2. I have looke up Myersclough up. :-( I wish I lived nearer Preston.
  3. Well I did my CS30 and CS31 last year and figured as I am spending more time up trees I should perhaps get the Areal qualifications......... But both Holme Lacy and Pershore seem to have totally stopped Arb courses. Anyone got any idea of a good training spot for CS38 etc. Preferably in the midlands?
  4. I am in a similar position to Tim. Whats the online foundation degree at Myerscough? That sounds interesting.
  5. I have heard..... *probably an urban myth* There is a power station that will pay £4 per ton for minimum 25 ton and they come to collect. Can anyone confirm? I only started this tree stuff reciently and am still learning my way through.. The biggest problem seems to be what to do with the brash and chipps.
