SAFETY INFORMATION: CASES OF SLIPPAGE WITH ZIGZAG / ZIGZAG PLUS / ZILLON

Petzl has issued a safety information alert after receiving reports of users experiencing rope slippage while using the ZIGZAG, ZIGZAG PLUS, and ZILLON.

Petzl has identified two defects causing the slippage and asks that all users do a manual inspection and a function test on your products, to detect any possible slippage.
