Look good these bud!! I have a few ash n beech slabs stood drying ready to be made into chopping boards, was wondering what the best oil Finnish would be to pull the grains out like these?? Also how long have these been drying? Are they air dyed or kiln btw

Cheers ginger, I use food grade mineral oil,sold as "liquid paraffin" from chemists. It's about £1 a bottle so much cheaper than these so called butchers block oils. The boards were kiln dried I think, I used a load of off cuts from one of the millers on here.
