Good idea, does it bring much work in?

 

 

Probably a bit less than half of what I do.

It's the only advertising I do.

I subby climb most of the time because I enjoy it more and it's less stressful!

It tells you how many people have viewed the post and I get roughly 1 enquiry per 1000 views.

Doesn't sound much but it takes me about 20 mins to share on about 30 groups to get 3-4000 views.

One of my mates does leaflet drops and doesn't get many more enquiries than that.

But my advertising costs me nothing and takes no time at all.

Completely different industry but my wife has a Facebook based craft business. If you put a price in a post the program recognises it as an advert and very few people will see it unless you pay to boost the post. Definitely the best thing to do for log sales would be the local selling pages with lots of members and share your post into all of those groups as someone has already said
