Walbro WT Needle seized in!

Or you could drill a small hole in the defunct needle then screw in a small self tapping screw which can then be pulled with pliers without damaging surrounding areas.

You may find that simply drilling the needle is enough to free it [emoji106]

Try recutting the seat with a nice sharp drill bit turned by hand. The little viton (or whatever neoprene stuff it is) head of the needle should seal OK on that.

If still no good, then pinch some of those cotton bud things that women seem to have an endless supply of. Cut one in half & put it in your drill, dip the cotton bit in Brasso & poke it down the hole. Switch on drill & give it a good polishing. Clean out seat with bare cotton bud & it should look like new.

If it still leaks, place on concrete & strike well with large hammer & get a new carb.

Yea Barrie pretty good with a drill or Dremel perhaps I should have been a dentist !!

Eyes holding out however Mrs keeps telling me to get them tested [emoji851]
