What is this?

Does anyone know what this is? I found it at the back of the woodyard shed. My guess is it was used to drag logs with. Where the buzzards feather is ther is a shackle ithink that had a chain on going up to a drawbar on the lift arms. Lower the lift arms hook one of the hooks onto rope around the trunk lift arms and drag out of the woods. What do you think:001_smile:
