Utility Arborists and Ground Operatives, Cornwall region

Salary dependant on skills and experience

 

Due to increased workload we now require experienced members of staff to join teams of Utility Arborists working throughout North, Mid and West Cornwall.

 

The successful candidates will conduct a range of Arboricultural operations in line with relevant industry guidelines and requirements.

 

Candidates will need to be ready to lead or work within established teams and have a minimum of 2 years experience in Arboriculture. The ideal Candidates will fit into a professional yet friendly operation with the emphasis on quality and fully buy into the requirements to maintain the very highest safety standards, ensuring that the customers and clients needs are at the forefront of all decisions and actions.

 

Candidates ideally should hold:

• CS30, 31, 38, 39, 40

• UA1, UA2.1 UA2.2 UA2.3 and re-certs where applicable

• Current first aid certificate

• Full driving licence

 

Street works and MEWP certification would be an advantage.

 

The ideal candidates will be flexible in style and thinking with an open, friendly personality. They will understand and subscribe to the importance of working as a team.

Candidates should ideally hold NPTC brushcutter/strimming ticket but we will consider those with reasonable experience in Countryside and Estates Management.
