  15. Arborists Team Leader Dependant on skill and competencies plus productivity bonus Location: Solihull B92 40 hours per week Permanent position with the opportunity for promotion. Glendale are looking for qualified Arborists to work on the long term Solihull contract. Glendale has recently been awarded the prestigious contract for a further term of 20 years. Duties will include the day to day running of a team including site safety and be able to carry out all aspects of tree surgery/climbing work to a very high standard at all times. The role will involve felling, crown reducing, thinning, lifting and other general tree maintenance duties, therefore the suitable candidate must be fully qualified and have a good understanding of current legislation and industry best practice.
